NO home improvement franchises permitted.
No marketing only - All vendors must have a product for sale during the event.
(A 5% processing will be deducted from any refund of registration fee due to not following these rules.)

NO raffles, 50/50 drawings, surveys, petitions, promotions, any form of political campaigning, data collection schemes including giveaways or drawings, or solicitations of any kind.
